If you have any questions regarding our service, or any of following below, please contact us

All clients that book via Switch Entertainment must agree to our Terms And Conditions. These are available on request and are also on the booking sheet we present on the night of your event, alternatively click HERE

Below is information regarding the licences we carry;

PAT Test
When people work with electrical appliances, Health and safety regulations say the appliance must be safe to use. Testing should be carried out at regular intervals to ensure continual safety; the period of which depending on both the type of appliance and the environment it is used in. Essentially though anything with a plug that employees or customers will be using needs testing.
Also Some places i.e. hotels require external entertainment to have this to ensure safety is kept at the highest standard

Public Liability
The insurance of liability for accidental bodily injury or damage to the property of third parties. Public liability insurance is designed to cover businesses so that if a member of the public sues them as they feel they have suffered a loss then they will be insured.
Again some venues require an external company to have this so they are not breaching there insurance regulations. To confirm this please refer to
www.plivalidator.co.uk

PPL Licence (Digital Music)
This licence enables us to broadcast digital music to a public audience, its similar to a nightclub having an entertainment licence. This isn't law yet, but some venues ask for it to cover their own entertainment licences. For more information visit
www.ppluk.com

If you have booked an event and the venue/premises require to see documentation evidence, please inform us and we will contact them direct and deal with the matter for you.
